DIG-DEEP SALAD 
1 head lettuce
1 lg. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 oz. grated Romano cheese
Tomato, cut into wedges (optional)
Hard boiled eggs (optional)
Black olives (optional)
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled

In salad bowl layer lettuce, then onion and pepper, then peas, then mayonnaise, then Romano cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Top with bacon, tomato, eggs and olives before serving.
