SALISBURY STEAK 
12 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bread crumbs
14 eggs
1 c. onions, diced
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. milk

Combine and mix all ingredients until blended. Put portions onto greased pans. Flatten slightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour off grease. Put steaks into large serving pan and return to oven until serving time. Yields 50 (5 ounce) portions.

Steaks can be browned on a grill or in frying pan. Brown gravy can be made and poured over steaks before returning them to the oven.
