BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Pork chops
Cracker crumbs
Egg
3 tbsp. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion

Beat egg with water. Dip chops in egg then in cracker crumbs. Brown in hot shortening, place in baking pan. Add cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can of water and sliced onion. Bake at 350 until tender.
