BRATWURST A' LA HEIN 
6 onions, sliced
1 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
6 grilled brats
2 (12 oz.) cans beer

Put onions and sauce ingredients in Dutch oven or Nesco. Add sausages and 1 beer. Drink 1 beer. Simmer, covered 30 minutes or until onions are tender. Serve hot in brat buns. Brats can be grilled ahead of time and refrigerated. Make sauce on day of meal and add brats.
