BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. country style spareribs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over spareribs. Cook for 4 hours or until spareribs are tender.
