PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOMS 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3/4 to 1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. biscuit baking mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until light brown. Press solid milk chocolate candy drop in center of each cookie immediately after baking.
