1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour
2 packets Hershey Chocolate Kisses with foil removed

Slightly melt butter. Cream first 4 ingredients together. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Take teaspoonful of batter and shape in balls. Roll in granulated white sugar. Put thumb print in cookie.

Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Immediately press in chocolate kisses. Let cookies dry for 24 hours before stacking. Chocolate will smudge. Makes 2 dozen.
