TOMATO ASPIC 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (Tabasco)
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of ground cloves

Dissolve Jello in the hot water. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until thick, not set. Add:

1/2 c. each finely chopped celery & cauliflower
1 very sm. onion, finely chopped
1/3 c. chopped bread & butter pickles

May also add 2 chopped hard cooked eggs or chopped shrimp. Double recipe for 9"x13" pan.
