TOMATO ASPIC 
1/8 c. vinegar
1 2/3 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Bring first three ingredients to a boil. Add Jello. Cool and add salt and Worcestershire sauce. Add chopped celery, olives, shrimp or crab.
