SAUSAGE SCRAMBLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 lg. onion, diced
4 med. sized boiled potatoes, peeled & diced
1/2 c. cream or 1 can evaporated milk

Crumble sausage in frying pan and fry lightly. Pour off all fat. Add onions and cook until transparent. Add potatoes and cream (or milk). Continue cooking over low heat until cream is absorbed and potatoes are browned. Needs about 1/4 cup cream (or milk) for each cup of potatoes.
