CRANBERRY-APPLE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. cranberries 3 c. unpeeled tart apples, sliced 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 c. uncooked oats 1 c. pecans, chopped Combine cranberries, apples and sugar in lightly greased shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in oats and pecans. Sprinkle mixture over cranberries and apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. |
