BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in large bowl; set aside. Combine eggs, vanilla, oil and milk; pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Fold in blueberries, stir 1 minute. Spoon into muffin pans about 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
