VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. browned ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. rice
1 qt. tomatoes
3 1/2 c. water
5 beef bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can green bean

Add all ingredients, except green beans to large pot and cook for 1 hour. Add green beans and cook 15 minutes.
