HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP 
Brown 2 pounds of hamburger. Add salt, pepper and celery salt to taste. Add 1 envelope onion soup mix, 2 quarts tomato juice and 2 quarts water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup quick cooking rice (cooked white or brown rice) and 1/2 pound frozen mixed vegetables. Cook until vegetables are done.
