VEGETABLE & GROUND BEEF SOUP 
2 qts. water
2 c. ground beef
2 c. thinly sliced carrots
2 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. diced fresh tomatoes or whole canned tomatoes
2 c. diced onion
1 can whole kernel corn
2-4 beef bouillon cubes
Salt & pepper

Fry ground beef until crumbly with the onions. The water, potatoes, tomatoes and corn, put in large pan on medium heat until vegetables are tender, add entire skillet of ground beef and onion. Stir, then add beef flavored cubes, salt and pepper. Let simmer 20 to 30 minutes until desired consistency. 5 to 9 servings.
