3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Carnation milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Spice to taste
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed

Mix eggs and sugar well. Add milk, butter, vanilla, and spice. Mix. Add potatoes and mix well. Pour into 2 uncooked pie shells. Cook at 350 degrees until brown and set. (Test with toothpick, about 40 minutes.)
