SPINACH CUSTARD | |
20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 2 lbs. sm. curd cream cottage cheese 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 3 tbsp. flour 6 eggs, beaten 4 tbsp. butter, melted Salt & pepper to taste 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, grated In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour, or until delicately browned on top. Serves 8 to 10. |
