MAKE AHEAD CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. chicken, cooked and chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a buttered casserole dish (a 13x9 inch works best). Let set in refrigerator until next day. Take out 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
