STUFFED MUSHROOMS PARMA 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, stems removed & chopped
1/2 grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. chopped green onion

1. Combine chopped stems, cheese, butter and onion.

2. Fill mushroom caps.

3. Broil 2-3 minutes or until top of filling is slightly crusty.
