STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 lb. bacon, fried, cooled & crumbled
1/4 c. cheddar cheese
2 lbs. mushrooms

Wash. Dry. Remove stems from mushrooms. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Mix rest of ingredients until creamy. Fill each mushroom cap. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes away from heat.
