1 (10 oz.) carton Cool Whip (set aside)
1 c. Grape Nuts, soaked in cherry juice
10 oz. jar cherries, cut in half
1/2 c. walnuts
1 c. pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Fold above ingredients in Cool Whip. Put half of mixture in 9x13 pan. Freeze. Then layer 1/2 gallon of softened vanilla ice cream. Add remainder of mixture and freeze. Garnish with cherries. Good dessert for Christmas or Valentine's.
