PARTY PORK CHOPS 
8 thick sliced (3/4 inch) pork chops
8 onion slices, about 1/4 inch thick
8 fresh lemons slices about 1/4 inch thick from mid sections of 2 unpeeled lemons
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. chili sauce

Place pork in single layer in baking pan. Place 1 onion slice topped with 1 lemon slice on center of each chop. Blend remaining ingredients. Spoon over each chop. Cover pan tightly. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hours or until pork is tender. 8 servings.
