COCONUT SQUARES - EASY 
6 slices white or whole wheat bread
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
Shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. Dip each square into milk, then in coconut. Arrange on greased baking sheet and bake about 7 to 10 minutes or until coconut is light brown. Makes 2 dozen.
