COCONUT SQUARES 
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 c. fine coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press in 8x8 inch pan. Bake 5 minutes.

Mix together coconut, milk and vanilla. Spread over baked cracker crumb base. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. When cool, frost with either coffee or chocolate icing. Serves 12.
