2 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
6 doves

Brown flour in butter, add ingredients. Pour over doves. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
