HOMEMADE BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. ground round
1 (8 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 med. size diced onion
3 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans Campbell's Beef Bouillon
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar prepared gravy
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat and onion in skillet until done; drain. In large pot stir together the cream of mushroom soup, beef bouillon, sour cream, jar of gravy, sliced mushrooms and salt and pepper. Stir mixture on low fire until well blended. Then add meat mixture with onion. Let simmer on a low fire for approximately 45 minutes. Can then be served over rice or any type of noodles. Leftovers can be frozen for future meal.
