EASY RICE DRESSING 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. green onion tops, chopped
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
1/2 c. water
1 c. uncooked rice

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown ground meat in large skillet. Mix chopped onion tops, parsley and celery with meat. Add raw rice and both cans of soup; mix well. Add water and stir together. May be put in large Corning dish or oven pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

May be served with beef, pork or poultry and your favorite vegetables. Serves 6-8.
