HOT BACON - BEAN DIP 
1 can (8 oz.) red kidney beans, drained
2 slices bacon
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mash beans. Fry bacon until crisp; remove and drain. Stir beans into drippings in skillet. Cook over low heat, stirring until all fat is absorbed. Mix sour cream, green pepper, onion and seasonings; stir into bean mixture. Crumble bacon and stir in.
