HOT BEAN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
4 oz. can diced green chilies
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together well in a skillet and heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Serve warm as a dip with crisp tortilla chips.
