HOT BEAN DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced variety (mostly drained)
4 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2-3 tbsp. sliced jalapenos

Place can of refried beans in microwaveable dish. Microwave for 1 minute (or until soft). Add drained Rotel tomatoes and stir. Microwave 1 minute. Add jalapenos, stir and microwave 1 minute. Serve hot with restaurant style tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
