WILLARD SCOTT'S BISCUITS | |
2 c. self rising flour 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. buttermilk Cut butter into flour. Add buttermilk. Turn dough on floured surface and knead lightly about 5 minutes. Roll dough until half inch thick. Cut dough with biscuits cutter and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. Serve hot. |
