LEMON CREAM CHEESERS 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 8 oz pkg of soft cream cheese
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c. milk

Combine first 5 ingredients, mix until crumbly. Press half of mixture into bottom of ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, cut into bars. These freeze well.
