ANGEL FOOD CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 angel food cake cut up into chunks

Separate 4 eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until fluffy. In top of a double boiler, melt one large package of semi-sweet chocolate bits. To egg yolks add a tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and add this to chocolate bits. Heat just enough to thicken yolks and chocolate. Stir constantly.

Cool somewhat before adding beaten egg whites, 1 pint whipped cream. Add chocolate mixture and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Place chunks of angel food cake in a greased pan. Pour mixture over cake. Let stand a while before eating.
