2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. plain unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Stir above ingredients with a spoon to mix well. Do not use electric mixer in this recipe. Add: 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs
