3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. applesauce
3 eggs

Mix ingredients together, pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or make a drizzle glaze.
