BURRITOS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans with chiles
1 can mild or hot chopped chiles
1 med. onion
1/4 c. (or to taste) hot taco sauce or salsa
1 pkg. 8 lg. flour tortillas
2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and onions; drain beef. Put beef, refried beans, chiles, and taco sauce in a large skillet. Heat until hot. Warm tortillas in oven until soft. Place 2-3 tablespoons of beef-bean mixture into tortilla.

Fold long sides over, then shorter sides. Place Burrito on fold in a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven at 300 degrees until cheese is melted and ends of the tortillas are toasted.
