CHERYL'S BURRITOS 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 can jalapeno relish (hot)
1/2 lg. jar (mild) picante sauce
1 can sliced potatoes, mashed
1/2 - 1 can refried beans (opt.)
1 med. onion, chopped (opt.)
8-16 thin flour tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Brown beef with onions; drain. Mix with mashed potatoes and refried beans. Add sauces. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Wrap in tortilla shells as package directs. Add cheese before wrapping. Can wrap burrito in plastic wrap and freeze. Take out of wrap to thaw. Thaw in microwave about 3 minutes on defrost.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
