CHICKEN BURRITOS 
1 chicken fryer (family pack), boiled, save broth
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. minced onion or 1/2 fresh onion, chopped
3 to 4 jalapeno peppers
6 potatoes (raw), diced
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
Flour tortillas
Salt to taste

STEP 1: Debone chicken.

STEP 2: Combine in large pan potatoes, cooked chicken, spices and peppers.

STEP 3: Mash stewed tomatoes and add to other ingredients. Use can to measure, one can of chicken broth and add to pan. Salt to taste.

STEP 4: Bring to a boil and lower flame. Cook until potatoes are tender but not mushy and most of liquid is gone.

STEP 5: Spoon chicken mixture into warm flour tortillas and roll up.
