CHICKEN BURRITO 
2 lbs. chopped chicken
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salsa sauce
2 c. grated cheese
12 flour tortillas

Chop up roasted chicken. Add sour cream, salsa sauce and cheese. Roll in flour tortillas. They are very good smothered in pork green chili with cheese on top.

You don't have to blow out the other fellows light - to let your own shine.
