BONNIE'S BURRITOS
1 lb. hamburger
1 can refried beans with sausage (optional)
1 can Nacho cheese soup
1 can Hormel chili without beans
1 pt. hot sauce
1 pkg. Monterey Jack/Colby cheese, shredded
1 pkg. flour tortillas

Brown hamburger. Add as much refried beans as desired, if at all.

In separate saucepan (for gravy), mix cheese soup, hot sauce and chili. Heat well. Add about 1 cup of gravy mixture to hamburger mixture.

Spread several spoonfuls of hamburger mixture in center of tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll, pour desired amount of gravy mixture over it, and sprinkle with cheese.

Each burrito can be heated in microwave about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or all burritos can be put into large baking dish and baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Burritos can be topped with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and sour cream, if desired. Serve with warm chips and hot sauce. Feeds 4 to 5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
