LEMON CHESS PIE 
3 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix flour and sugar. Add butter, egg yolks; beat until fluffy. Add milk and lemon juice. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
