LEMON CHESS PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar, beat with eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon oil emulsion
3/4 stick butter

Mix well, pour into unbaked crust. Start baking at 375 degrees and lower to 350 degrees and continue cooking until done, about 30 minutes.

For the lemon oil you may substitute 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
