CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 lbs. Velveeta
1/2 c. salsa

Brown the hamburg and sausage. Cut up all cheese. Put this in a crock pot and melt. Add 1/2 cup of salsa, more to taste. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Serve with taco chips.
