CHEESE DIP 
1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 lb. hamburger
2 (11 1/2 oz.) jars salsa, mild or hot

Cut cheese into chunks and put into crock pot. Set on low and start melting. Brown hamburger and drain; add to cheese in crock pot. Add salsa to cheese mixture and let cook until hot. Stir often. Dip tortilla chips.
