CHIHUAHUA CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar
1 (8 oz.) grated Velveeta
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 (7 oz.) chili salsa
1 (4 oz.) diced chilies
2 oz. chopped ripe olives
2 oz. chopped pimientos
1 med. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Soften cream cheese and mix will with sour cream. Add all other ingredients and stir until well blended. Serve with Tortilla chips or Fritos.
