TUNA MELTS (THE OLD WAY)
My family likes them as a meal. Very healthy. I use no salt or pepper in all my cooking!

1 can chunk tuna (drained)
1-2 green onions
1 celery stick
4 dill pickles
2 boiled eggs (peeled of course)
1 1/4 cups Miracle Whip
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed (I use more)
Buns or thick sliced bread
salt and pepper, to taste

Boil 1 or 2 eggs depending on size, peel and chop, chop 1-2 green onions or other if you prefer, chop 1 celery stalk, 4 dill pickles chopped, cube cheddar cheese to taste, approximately 1/4-inch.

Put all ingredients together and add Miracle Whip, mix thoroughly until it is smooth but not creamy, still chunky. Spread over buns or thick cut bread.

Preheat oven to 325°F, put in until cheese starts to melt, change setting to broil, watch in the oven and take out when browned. They will be hot, enjoy!
