ANA'S CHEESY TUNA MELT
PER SERVING:

2 slices of bread (any kind)
1/2 (5 oz.) can albacore tuna
chopped onion (to your liking)
2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 tbsp. relish
1 slice of American cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper
butter

First you're going to chop up the onion (how you like it). Then add the mayonnaise, relish, and onion to the tuna. After all the ingredients are evenly distributed then add the salt and ground pepper.

Toast the bread and get the skillet going, add the butter to cover the whole skillet. Make the sandwich and add the slice of cheese.

Drop the sandwich on the hot buttered skillet. Keep on low heat so that it cooks all the way through. When ready to flip over add butter to skillet and drop on butter. The butter gives it a nice golden brown crust. Cook about 5 minutes on each side.

This recipe was so good! I loved the combination of flavors and how easy it was to make. The relish added a nice touch and the cheese melted perfectly over the top. I will definitely be making this again soon.
