BEEF STICK 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 tbsp. Tenderquick
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix all together. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours to cure. Roll into logs. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
