BEEF STICK 
5 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. Morton Tender Quick Salt
2 tsp. Old Hickory Smoke Liquid
2 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed

Mix well, refrigerate 3 days, covered. Form into 5 rolls and place on broiler pan. Bake 250 degrees for 4 hours. When cool slice thin. Serve with cheese and crackers.
