3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage, raw
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese pieces

Mix all with fingers and roll into small balls. (Freeze now for baking later.) Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes about 95 balls.
